I suppose less than 20 percent of the people trading the markets have a system to guide their trading or investing. Among those who do have a system, most are just using predefined indicators. Very few people understand the notion behind their system. Your goal in reading the following investing strategies should be to think about each strategy and find out if any of them fits your personality. The strategy that "fits" will be the one you have the most success trading. But you must understand your concept thoroughly before you develop a system using it. I personally think any kind of system can work but you should remember a trading system is not just an entry technique. A trader has to develop a methodology with a positive expectancy through stop-losses, profit taking targets, and diversification in order to make a system meaningful.
